Had a Very Good Experience at Agape. Had an issue with some lenses and thought there was not much Agape could do. Some chipping that was a tough call but they stood behind their product and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. I thought there would be a cost involved but surprisingly there was not. They truly made me a Happy Customer. It’s Rare that a company takes such personal pride in their product and Service.

Our family of 4 has been with Agape Eye Care for at least 5 years. We've received quality exams, excellent customer service and minimal wait times both in the waiting room and when scheduling appointments. We always find frames we like and receive our glasses quickly. Gary expertly adjusts them (when they're new and between appointments, if needed).
We've been very happy With Agape Eye Care!

I brought my 8 year old son in for his second pair of glasses. Our first experience at a chain store was not so great. Here Dr. Crowe took the time to go over everything with us and Gary and John helped him find a great pair of glasses. We received them pretty quickly and they are working out great. Would highly recommend Agape to my friends and family. The staff is all so nice and they get to know you and your family and make you feel at home. They also give a nice discount or help get an inexpensive pair of glasses if you can’t afford name brand.
You won’t be disappointed if you make the switch!

Excellent customer service and actual quality care. After years of great vision, navigating the world of eye care can be a challenge. At first, I could not understand why my “shopping” for eye glasses seemed so complicated. Without realizing it, I came to recognize that my goal was to find an office that administered a quality eye exam, offered an extensive frame selection, accommodated my insurance coverage questions, billed properly, and remained available for maintenance issues. I stumbled upon Agape eye care about 7 years ago and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Let’s face it, my goals were high, but having an accurate prescription, with attractive, functional frames, influences everything I do, every day. I drive 45 minutes, each way, to get that great service. Dr Crowe provides an extensive, quality exam and my vision is always well corrected. As a small business owner, Gary goes out of his way, with each and every patient encounter, to provide direction, answer questions, and assist with problem solving. He knows his craft, he’s invested, and most importantly, he cares.
